We're Jon and Mary Beth Mulholland, the Pasta King & Queen of Chicago. We're lovers of good food and good wine, preferably enjoyed in the company of friends and family. We make flavored pasta because we believe that food brings people together and that good food doesn't have to be complicated. Founded in Chicago, we're Pasta Pappone and we can't wait to share our flavors with you.
What makes us pasta royalty? We use Durum Semolina Wheat, and fresh, natural ingredients. Our pasta is vegan and it doesn’t contain preservatives or dyes, just fresh vegetables, herbs and spices to get the tastiest flavors possible. We use bronze dies in our pasta machine, and every batch is hang dried -- resulting in a quality, delicious pasta. We can’t wait for you to taste the difference.
